Reject a team app

If you're the owner or administrator of a team, it's your responsibility to review apps submitted by members of the team. Once you complete this review, you can choose to release or reject the app.

To reject a team app:

1. Navigate to canva.com/teams.
2. Switch to the Apps tab.
3. Find the app you're looking for.
4. Click Reject.
5. In the dialog that appears, provide a reason for the rejection.
6. Click Reject app.

When you reject a team app, Canva sends the feedback to the creator of the app. To implement the feedback, they must create a new version of the app and resubmit it for review.
